Hello,

November is always a special month. This November, one of the ways we celebrated Alzheimer’s Awareness Month was by conducting personal interviews with our scientists at the Fisher Center laboratory at The Rockefeller University. Nobel Laureate Dr. Paul Greengard and his team are making tremendous strides, and I am pleased to tell you that the successful outcome of our latest experiments provides the greatest likelihood for conquering this disease.

As we enter the holiday season, I want to wish you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving.  While this year may have been challenging for many of us, let us, as we sit down at the Thanksgiving table, reflect on the blessings we have received, the good times we have enjoyed with friends and family during 2012 and all the many things we have to be thankful for.

I also want to thank you, for being a part of our Fisher Center family.  We could not continue our vital research efforts and programs without your support.

From our families to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.
