Charron Reed-Thomas, a beautiful spirit among us for 73-years, passed to a peaceful place in April 2018.
Originally from Rome, NY she also lived in Tustin, CA, Hudson MA, and Fremont, CA.
After helping to put her husband Bob through graduate school, she helped to start a new company and played many roles there including receptionist, secretary to the CEO, event arranger, design-schematic entry, manufacturing support, and company “mom”.
Having no children of her own, she adopted everyone’s children and helped guide many parents, colleagues, employees, and friends to find their way around difficulties.
Charron studied the Feldenkrais Method and the Anat Baniel Method with a deep interest in helping special needs children. She put this into practice by volunteering at the Free Children’s Clinic and then provided lessons at special needs children’s homes for eight years. In the process, she helped teach a child to walk at age 4 and was warmly adopted by the family.
Everyone loved Charron — we all miss her so much.
Charron's Guestbook
When I think about you, I cannot control my tears, even today. I had no any relatives in US when my daughter was born. You wen to hospital to visit me and later visited my house many times to teach me how to take care my daughter. You did the same for my son. I would never forget your laughs, your humor and your kindness. We knew each other over 25 years. You will be forever in my heart. I miss you, Charon.
Forever love you,
Tongbi, Jianhua, Renee and Phillip
