
Lorenzo Bartolucci brings a multidisciplinary background in research and strategy to his role at the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation. As Information Program Manager, he helps run the Foundation’s public-facing communications and publications, curating content development across platforms and initiatives.
Dr. Bartolucci is the editor of Preserving Your Memory®, the Foundation’s award-winning magazine, and of its biweekly e-newsletter, Alzheimer’s Research News You Can Use, which translates the latest scientific findings into accessible health guidance. He is also the creator of INFOcus, a series of in-depth features that bring readers into conversation with leading scientists working at the forefront of Alzheimer’s and neuroscience research.
In addition to overseeing the Foundation’s editorial voice, Dr. Bartolucci is involved in the development of its brand and fundraising strategy, including major grant applications and the management of key compliance initiatives.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Dr. Bartolucci built a career at the intersection of science and public engagement, working across the tech industry, academia, and the nonprofit sector. He received his A.B. from Harvard University and his Ph.D. from Stanford University, where he explored connections between literature and neuroscience. His research was supported by the Mellon Foundation, the University of Chicago, and Princeton University, and he is currently completing a book based on his dissertation, under contract with Stanford University Press.
