Evangeline Villena has extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, data analysis and management, and digital strategies. She joins the Marketing and Communications team to support the Foundation’s Information Program.
Prior to joining the Fisher Center Foundation, Ms. Villena worked as the Senior Manager of Data and CRM Systems at Concordia, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, member-based organization dedicated to fostering cross-sector partnerships for social impact. She was responsible for planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization, analyzing data, implementing systems for organizing member information, and providing support for outreach and growth activities.
Ms. Villena has worked as a Digital Strategist for a non-profit organization where she managed the CRM, website, and created and implemented communications strategies, including social media campaigns. She has also worked as Directories Coordinator for a publishing company where she managed databases of directories for several industry magazines.
Ms. Villena is a graduate of University of the Philippines, with a degree in Public Administration.
