Our Fundraising Goal

Alzheimer’s Challenge

Since its founding, The Fisher Center Foundation has provided more than $30 million dollars in research support primarily to the The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research at the Rockefeller University to fund Nobel Laureate Dr. Paul Greengard, director of the Fisher Center Lab, and his more than 50 world-renowned scientists carry on groundbreaking research that is changing the course of Alzheimer’s investigations worldwide.

While there is currently no cure for Alzheimer’s, our team continues to made unique, and groundbreaking progress. Continued and increased private funding from organizations like Fisher, supported by interested individuals, currently represents our best hope for finding essential new treatments. It won’t happen without you.

Your contribution would be supporting the top rated Alzheimer’s foundation in the country, not only for our groundbreaking research, but also as the recipient of the exceptional 4-star rating from Charity Navigator for the fourth year in a row.

The 4-star rating shows donors how efficiently the independent Charity Navigator believes The Fisher Center has sustained programs and services over time, and the level of commitment to good governance, best practices and openness with information. It further indicates that the Fisher Center exceeds industry standards and outperforms other charities working on our cause.
