A BRAND NEW DAY IS BORN

The breeze gently wipes my tears away,
So many tears are shed;
For each and every one of you,
Losing memories within your head.

The warmth of the summer sun
Beating down on me
Reminds me of the times
Of  how things used to be.

Autumn`s kiss and the leafs that fall,
One by one they drop,
Like dementia rain, so never-ending,
That we pray one day will stop.

Then winters fury comes around
So cold and unforgiving;
Darkened nights so bleak and misty
With dementia so absorbing.

But comes along morning’s light
And the breaking of the dawn;
Another day to fight the fight,
A brand new day is Born
