Medical & Continuing Care Providers

There will come a time when a loved one or person with Alzheimer's disease will need more than just the care that can be provided at hope.  These individuals may need to be moved into an assisted living facility or a nursing home.  But everyone is different.  May sure you talk to the doctor that is right for you to make the best decision available.

Doctors

Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and general practitioners can all help with identifying Alzheimer's and the different forms of dementia. 




Home-Care Services

Everything you need to know about home-based care:  home safety modifications, services, elderly day care and when it's time to consider a long-term care facility.




Adult Day Care

Learn more about questions you should ask Adult Day Care facilities.  Where to find the one near you and the roles Medicare, Medicaid and/or Medigap can play in financing Adult Day Care.




Respite Services

Find out the different types of Respite Services, how much insurance will cover and what questions to ask the facility, for example:  "What is the ratio of staff to persons being cared for?"




Assisted Living
