The Best Ways to Communicate with an Alzheimer’s Patient
Proper communication between caregiver and patient is essential to quality of life. If your loved one has Alzheimer’s learning how to communicate effectively will make your life and the life of the patient easier.
Diet and Exercise for the Alzheimer’s Patient Studies show that light exercise and walking appear to reduce wandering, aggression and agitation. Incorporating exercise into daily routines and scheduled activities can also be beneficial in alleviating problem behaviors. |
